CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia) is an evidence-based method to treat insomnia (typically having trouble falling asleep, maintaining sleep through the night, or waking early). Using CBT to treat insomnia, we look at both your thinking and behavioural habits – from waking until going to bed – which might impact on the quality or quantity of sleep you are getting.
