I offer therapy via Skype if you are travelling and unable to attend a face-to-face session. I only offer Skype sessions when we have already established a course of therapy in face-to-face sessions, and when we agree that a Skype session can be beneficial.
It is important that you treat the Skype session as if we were meeting face-to-face. This means that you must find a space where you can talk in private and without disruption and log on to Skype at the agreed time.
